dated features affected my stay
old fixtures minimal sound insulation
the room showed definite signs of wear and tear. the bathroom fixtures seemed quite old and not everything worked smoothly. also the sound insulation was minimal i heard noise from adjacent rooms quite often. this detracted from the sense of peace i hoped for after long days.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were great. The room was spacious, likely the biggest I have had during stays in that area. The location was amazing, just a short walk from major shopping areas. I found the Wi-Fi to be strong and reliable, a huge plus.

Staff members were attentive and quick to address requests. They demonstrated excellent hospitality. Assistance with luggage was readily available, and concierge services efficiently managed my inquiries. The team provided prompt and courteous support.

The restaurant provided fresh, delicious food with excellent service. The breakfast had a variety of options. Khan served us with kindness at the hotel's restaurant. I enjoyed the meals very much!

The location is perfect, as many attractions are within walking distance. Public transportation is easily accessible, awesome for quick travel around the city. Selfridges is nearby. Oxford Street is also very close by.

a mixed experience
cute staff free upgrade 24hr bar ceiling leaks unsecured ceiling light missing grout
The staff are very cute and friendly. I got a complimentary upgrade to One-Bedroom Suite. The bar remains open 24 hrs, a nice benefit.
The room looked tired, it needs small repairs. Some ceiling leaks was noticed, also a noise came from a poorly secured ceiling light. Black and missing grout in places was seen.
